For years, AMS s.r.l. has been investing in research activities to test the PURAK limescale protection Devices with different hardness type of waters.
Ms. Maria Cristina Mascolo, teacher of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, has performed the scientific experimentation whose results have allow to verify the positive effect of the PURAK Polarizers by which is possible to reduce the compact surface deposits formation as limescale (encrutations).
In order to achieve that, it is in fact essential, not only reduce the deposited calcite mass by the surfaces in contact with water, but it is also important to favor the increase of the calcite crystallites average size. These characteristics allow an easy removal of the superficial calcite deposits without the need for chemical treatments.
